These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 70 jaya platform and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on 70 jaya, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

70 jaya ("we", "the platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member") and 70 jaya.

Creating a personal account is required to use 70 jaya's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account)

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If one individual or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

70 jaya reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity at any time. A National ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

All casino and betting activities on 70 jaya are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. No person under this age may open an account or use any service on this platform.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate
• The user must be the owner of an active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Re-registration is not permitted if a previous account has been cancelled

For security purposes, certain actions must be completed through OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Do not share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be a representative.

Deposits and withdrawals on 70 jaya must follow the designated methods. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All bonuses offered on 70 jaya are subject to specific conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the bonus applies to specific games only
• A maximum bet limit applies while bonus wagering is in progress
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in account cancellation

6.3 VIP Cashback

70 jaya's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is paid on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

Betting on 70 jaya is governed by specific rules. All bets are considered final once placed and cannot generally be cancelled.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

• Please verify all details before placing a bet
• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds or amount due to a technical error, 70 jaya reserves the right to cancel it

7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or does not start at the scheduled time, the related bets will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. However, in the event of a suspension or change to an event, the specific rules of that game will apply.

7.3 Multi Bet

A multi bet allows multiple selections to be combined in a single bet. All selections must win, otherwise the entire bet is lost. The combined odds are the product of the odds of all selections.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 70 jaya platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance.

8.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Exploiting any technical advantage or bug to gain an unfair benefit
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to manage bets
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Creating an account under a false identity

8.2 Money Laundering

Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited. 70 jaya is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

8.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or gifting an account, balance, or bonus to any other person is strictly prohibited.

70 jaya reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice, for any reason. However, this right will not be exercised without just cause.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

9.3 Closure by 70 jaya

If evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity is found, the account will be closed immediately. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited.

70 jaya always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however liability will be limited in the circumstances described below.

10.1 Technical Issues

• 70 jaya is not responsible for game failures caused by internet connection interruptions
• Liability cannot be accepted for losses caused by third-party software or network issues
• Service may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or emergency server downtime

10.2 Gaming Decisions

Gaming or betting decisions are entirely your own responsibility. 70 jaya does not guarantee the outcome of any game. There is a risk of financial loss in gambling — only spend money you can afford to lose.
